Before any of the aforementioned creative work or artwork, images, texts, or other data may be consumed, written permission for its use must be obtained.
Users consent to indemnify and hold Book Publishers USA harmless from any and all claims resulting from the customer's failure to first secure all necessary copyright and/or other permissions or grants.
